At GEOKAT CLEAN PRO, we strive to provide high-quality cleaning and pressure washing services that meet or exceed our customer's expectations. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, we’re here to help.

Cancellations

  • Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment at least 24 hours in advance without penalty.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee of 25% of the service cost.

  • If our team arrives and is unable to access the property or begin work (due to locked gates, no-shows, etc.), a call-out fee may apply.

Refunds

  • We do not offer cash refunds for services rendered. However, if you are dissatisfied with the results, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion, and we will return to correct the issue at no extra charge.

  • Refunds or partial credits may be issued only at our discretion, based on the nature of the issue and the circumstances of the job.

Weather & Delays

  • For outdoor services like pressure washing, delays due to weather may result in rescheduling at no extra cost to the client.
